Cedar Bend Automation ("we," "us") sets up missed-call text-back for home-service shops. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Questions can go to jake@cedarbendautomation.com.
What we collect
- What you type into our demo form: your first name, business name, email address, phone number and trade.
- Your consent to be emailed and called about the demo, with the date and time you gave it.
- Messages you send to us by text or email.
- Basic website data, such as the page you visited and your browser type.
How we use it
- To send the demo you asked for and call you about it.
- To answer your questions and follow up about our service.
- To keep records of your consent.
- To run and improve our website and service.
Your contact information
If you request a demo, we use your email and phone number to send you the demo and call you about it. We do not sell your information. Your contact details and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can unsubscribe from any email, or tell us on a call to stop. If you later get text messages from us, you can reply STOP at any time.
Who else handles your information
We use service providers to run our business, such as our customer management and texting platform (GoHighLevel), our email provider and our website host. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. They are not allowed to use it for their own marketing.
We may share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us.
Security
We use reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
Our service is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
