These terms cover your use of cedarbendautomation.com and the emails, calls and texts we send. Cedar Bend Automation ("we," "us") is based in Eastern Oklahoma. Questions can go to jake@cedarbendautomation.com.
Demo requests
- What you get: When you ask for a demo on our website, we email you a sample of how missed-call text-back works and may call you about it. We do not text you for the demo.
- Consent: You agree to the email and call by checking the consent box on our form. Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us.
- Opt out: Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell us on a call, and we will stop.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information.
Missed-call text-back for our customers
When a shop uses our service, its customers may get a text after calling the shop and not reaching anyone. Those texts are sent on behalf of that shop, only to the number that called. Reply STOP to any of those texts to stop them.
Using this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Please do not enter anyone else's phone number without their permission. We may block requests that look like misuse.
Our service
Pricing, what is included and the terms of any paid service are agreed with you directly before you are charged. Information on this site is general and may change.
No guarantees
We work to keep the site and texts running well, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages from using this site.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
